Ingredients

  • 1 homemade gluten-free flour tortilla (made with Better Batter All-Purpose Flour)
  • ¾–1 cup thick bacon & sausage gravy
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1–2 tbsp oil (for browning)

 Instructions

Press & Brown the Tortilla. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place your homemade gluten-free tortilla into the dry skillet. Press lightly and cook 30–60 seconds per side until lightly browned and pliable. Remove and place on a flat surface.

Fill the Burrito
Add fillings in this order for best structure:
Thick bacon & sausage gravy (cooled slightly), Scrambled eggs, Shredded cheddar cheese
Keep everything centered to prevent tearing.

Roll It Tight. Fold both sides inward. Roll from the bottom up, keeping it tight and compact.

Crisp & Seal
Add oil to skillet over medium heat.

Place burrito seam-side down first. Brown on all sides until golden and crispy. This step locks everything in and gives that perfect crust.

Chef Tip For burritos, make your gravy extra thick and let it cool to room temperature before assembling. It keeps the tortilla from getting soggy and makes rolling much easier.
