Ingredients: Sugar, White Rice Flour, Alkalized Cocoa Powder, Corn Free Powdered Sugar (sucrose, tapioca starch), Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Brown Rice Flour, Canola Oil, Pectin* (Sucrose, Pectin, Citric Acid), Xanthan Gum, Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Potato Flour, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate Anhydrous. *From Lemons
Baking Instructions for Delicious Brownies
Servings 12| Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 25-40 min

Wet Ingredients (below)
INSTRUCTIONS
PREHEAT oven to 350F.
GREASE only the bottom of a baking pan. Use a 9x13 for fudgy brownies. Use a 9x9, or 8x8 inch cake pan for cakey brownies.
ADD brownie mix and wet ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
Wet ingredients (regular brownies): use ¼ cup water, ½ cup oil & 3 eggs.
Wet ingredients (vegan brownies): use 1 (15oz) can of white beans, drained, pureed with 3/4 cup of water until smooth.
BEAT TOGETHER all ingredients until well blended, about 50 strokes. Do not overbeat or brownies may collapse.
SPREAD batter evenly into prepared pan.
BAKE brownies until a toothpick inserted 1" from edge of pan comes out clean. The center of brownies will be jiggly in the middle. Brownies will continue to set as they cool. 9x13 pan (27-30 minutes), 9x9 (34-37 minutes), 8x8 (42-45 minutes).
COOL completely in pan before cutting & serving.
