Smores Ice Cream Sundae

This S’mores Ice Cream Sundae has everything you love—melty chocolate, gooey marshmallow, crunchy graham—layered over creamy ice cream. 😍

Smores Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Sour Cream Ice Cream or 8 cups of your favorite commercial vanilla ice cream
  • slightly softened 1 container of your favorite marshmallow cream (we like Ricemallow cream), about 2 cups
  • optional 1 recipe Graham Crackers or 1 box (220g) of your favorite commercial gluten free graham crackers, (you can reserve several graham crackers for garnish, just set aside)
  • 2 c of homemade or commercial hot fudge sauce

 

Instructions

Prepare 8 bowls or sundae glasses. Divide the Graham crackers if desired.

 

Crush at least half of graham crackers finely, and divide in half. Blend half the graham cracker crumbs into the softened ice cream. If desired, gently swirl the marshmallow cream into the ice cream.

 

Set aside in the freezer for at least an hour to help harden it for scooping. (you can skip the hardening step if desired, but sundaes will be soft!) In each of the prepared bowl or sundae glasses, place 1-2 tbsp of hot fudge sauce, then sprinkle with crushed graham crackers (about 1 tbsp).

 

Top with a 1/2 c scoop of ice cream. On top of the ice cream, spoon another 1-2 tbsp of hot fudge sauce, then sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp of graham cracker crumbs.

 

Top with crushed graham crackers (and optional whole ones, for garnish) and serve immediately.
